The engine uses layout analysis to detect borders, whitespace, and alignment patterns — typically 90-95% accurate on clean PDFs.

What if my PDF has multiple tables per page?

Each detected table is placed on a separate worksheet tab in the Excel output.

Does it work with scanned table PDFs?

Scanned PDFs need OCR first. Use our Scan PDF tool, then re-try the Excel conversion.

Are currency symbols and number formats kept?

Yes. Number formatting, currency symbols, and percentage signs are preserved in the extraction.
