Can I delete multiple pages at once?
Yes. Select multiple thumbnails with Shift+click or Ctrl+click and delete them all at once.
Can I duplicate a page?
Yes. Right-click any thumbnail (or use the duplicate button) to insert a copy of that page.
Is there an undo function?
Yes. Ctrl+Z (or Cmd+Z on Mac) undoes your last action in the organizer.
Does the output quality change?
No. Reordering pages does not re-encode or compress content — quality is identical to the original.
Can I work with password-protected PDFs?
You will need to unlock the PDF first using our Unlock PDF tool before organizing.
